Refund policy

All products at Paperslay are made-to-order and personalised as per each customer's specifications. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed.

Damaged Products We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your product arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement or refund under the following condition:

  • You must provide an unboxing/opening video clearly showing the damaged product at the time of delivery.

Damage claims without an opening video cannot be processed. Please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and video proof.
